2025 Application to Participate in Give & Go

Welcome! The Nonprofit Center is pleased to partner with the Jaguars Foundation to bring Give and Go back to the community for the 2025 season. Please fill out the application below to register to participate in the program. Once you complete the application, you will be notified about next steps.

In order to participate, organizations must be a 501(c)3 organization that provides a charitable purpose to the community and be located in Duval, Nassau, Clay, Baker, and St. Johns. Final decision on organization eligibility will be subject to the Jaguars Foundation charter.
